Headrest and back of car seat assembled of inflatable center and textile, plastic, or leather cover

The new design of a headrest or the back of a car seat is assembled of one or more inflatable cushions, made of a strong synthetic material and provided with several valves in order to allow an individual adjustment of their rigidity. In case of an impact the valves facilitate the instant removal of air from the cushions, reducing the danger for the passenger of being affected by a whiplash injury. The cushions are attached to a single firm base and can be covered with a layer of leather or a textile or synthetic material as usual.
