The device has an earth surface and a conductor extending over the earth surface and short circuited to it for HF purposes at least one point close to a feed connection. The distance between the earth surface and conductor loop is very much smaller than the longest operating wavelength. The conductor is a loop open at a point remote from the short circuit point with different length sections between the open and short circuit points. The device has an electrically conductive earth surface (6) and a conductor (1,2) extending over the earth surface and short circuited to it for HF purposes at least one point close to a feed connection. The distance between the earth surface and conductor loop is very much smaller than the longest operating wavelength. The conductor consists of a loop open at a point remote from the short circuit point (3), whereby the sections between the open point (S) and the short circuit point are of different lengths.
