PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling an indoor number plate using a display panel is provided to supply an alive advertisement and information in real time by appending a moving picture screen to a number plate which is mounted in a bank, a hospital, and a government office and used in progressing a business applied to many persons. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement is expressed on a number plate through a control device(120). A data receiving unit(110) receives advertising data through a mobile communication network and a leased circuit network of a telephone exchange. A control unit(121) processes data being applied through the data receiving unit(110) and converts the data into a signal form. A video signal distributor(122) distributes signal data processed in the control unit(121) to a display unit(123). The display unit(123) displays signal data being applied from the video signal distributor(122). When the video signal distributor(122) transmits advertising data being displayed through the display unit(123), if an error is generated, an operating unit(124) inputs data for making a server which supplies an advertisement edit the error in the filed. A terminal(130) receives data being applied through the data receiving unit(110) through the control unit(121), transmits an image, performs a monitoring, and checks the network for making the optimum moving picture advertisement be transmitted. A number plate(140) expresses a moving picture advertisement being applied from the terminal(130) and a number of a people who waits an order.
