Production of form-stable shaped detergent or cleansing agents comprises polymeric thickeners. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a shaped detergent or cleansing agent comprising (wt.): (A) water and/or a water-miscible solvent (20-75%); (B) active substance(s) (20-75%); and (C) a polymeric thickener (0.1-10%); and (2) production of such shapes by molding the mixture (A) - (C), optionally followed by addition of further ingredients.
