An anchorage post is rammed into the base of a shaft (8) and secured by the injection of a fluid at high pressure. The post has a reinforced longitudinal passage for the fluid. Also claimed is a manufacturing process in which the prefabricated post is rammed or flushed into the earth, followed by the insertion of a jet drill, the reinforcement cage and high-pressure injection of cement.
