PURPOSE: Structure of a rear door for a vehicle is provided to suppress the distortion of a division channel, to reduce work hours, to cut down cost, and to prevent the leakage of water or the occurrence of rust. CONSTITUTION: A rear door assembly comprises an inner panel(13) and an outer panel(14). A rear door glass is liftably installed in the rear door assembly. A division channel(30) installed to guide the rear door glass when the rear door glass is lifted up and down. A glass run channel(40) is installed on the edge of the rear door glass. A mounting bracket(50) includes a connecting part(51) protruded onto a through hole(41) formed in the glass run channel and a combining part(52) combined with the inner panel. The mounting bracket is supported on the upper end portion of the glass run channel. A rotation preventing part is formed to prevent the rotation of the division channel when the combining part is combined with the inner panel. Thus, the distortion of the division channel is avoided.
