A first side (42) of the capacitive paint layer structure (36) is deposited in facing contact to the second electrically conductive contact (32). A capacitor electrically conductive contact (44) is in electrical communication with a second side (46) of the capacitive paint layer structure (36) remote from the first side (42). |
