PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve improved air fuel ratio for reducing raw emission, by accurately measuring fuel injection patterns in accordance with time elapse. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a fuel injector(20) for injecting fuel into an air suction port(12) of a motor vehicle in accordance with an input fuel injection control signal; a fuel injection pattern detection unit(30) which operates when airborne particles in the air suction port and injected particles of the fuel pass through a measuring point in the air suction port, and detects flow velocity of the fuel particle through the scattering of the laser beam being injected; and a fuel injection pattern analysis unit(40) for controlling laser beam injection operation of the fuel injection pattern detection unit corresponding to the fuel injection time of the fuel injector, and analyzing flow velocity of the fuel particle input from the fuel injection pattern detection unit.
