An optical medical treatment device using polarization, wherein the light of a halogen lamp (1) is condensed by a condenser lens (6), and the condensed light is directed toward a rotating disk (3) having two cutouts (3a) rotated at the speed of 2500 ppm, mostly passed through the cutouts (3a) and almost shielded in those areas other than the cutouts (3a), fed to an optical fiber (7) in pulse train at a frequency of 0.012 sec. , and irradiated to an affected area after being polarized by a polar screen (8) located at the end part of the optical fiber (7).
