<p>Method and device for the treatment of biological waste in an organic fertiliser, characterised by the chemical modification of the liquid waste with the contents of the solid 1 to 10 wt. %, with ferric sulphate, subsequent separating and derivation of the sediment in the separating device, with the help of anion-active polymeric flocculant with the aim that the filtrate from the separating device is purified on the biological purifier so that it could be let out to the recipient and the drained sediment creates after mixing with the structure substances suitable substrate for aerobic composting in the chamber composter controlled by a computer. Device consists of the buffering reservoir (1) equipped with the circulatory pump (2) and sensor (3) of the suspendable substances, connected with the dosing pump (4) of the liquid waste, connected to the injector mixer (5), which is subsequently connected to the rotary thickener (7) and the band press (8), whilst to the injector mixer (5) there is connected the dosing pump (6) of the coagulant and its outlet is connected with the dosing pump (9) of the polymeric flocculant so that the rotary thickener (7) and the band press (8) end up to the biological purifier (10) and recipient (11) and consecutively the band press is connected also to the mixing device (12), which is connected with the chamber composter (13), equipped with the double-rotor mixer (14) and the air distributor.</p> |
