The system has a database system connected to the Internet via a server and suitable software. The authorization issuer and receiver (installed person) have user-specific access to the database via the Internet as clients. PCs act as input devices and the database contains all personal registration data, which are entered via the PCs and Internet before the user can log on to the system and be granted restricted access.
