PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method for reflective liquid crystal display device reduced in the number of processes for making TFT. CONSTITUTION: A reflective electrode to be connected to the source electrode of a TFT and a terminal part connecting electrode to be connected to a terminal part underlayer metal film are formed at the same time on an organic insulation film having recessions and projections. An alloy of aluminum and neodymium including 0.9 atomic percent or more of Nd, which is excellent in resistance to pitting corrosion, is used as the material for these electrodes.
