ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR USING YTTRIUM OXIDE (Y2O3)

PURPOSE: Provided is an electrostatic precipitator using discharge electrode coated with yttrium oxide (Y2O3) which can increase purification efficiency of noxious gas by increasing the plasma concentration. CONSTITUTION: The electrostatic precipitator using discharge electrode coated with yttrium oxide (Y2O3) comprises a pair of grounded collector plates(10); discharge electrode(20) which is coated with yttrium oxide, and is inserted between the grounded collector plates to be parallel to the grounded collector plates; and a voltage generator(30) which applies high voltage to the discharge electrodes and grounded collector plates.
