METHOD OF SETTING MANHOLE

PURPOSE: A method of setting a manhole is provided to minimize a traffic obstruction, to prevent an accident, and to achieve a complete waterproof by setting for a short period. CONSTITUTION: The manhole comprises an upper slab(6), a wall(9) and a lower bottom(12). Each part which is manufactured in a factory is simply built-up at a setting place. A water expansion index material(7) for waterproof is inserted between the upper slab(6) and the wall. Another water expansion index material(11) for waterproof is inserted between the wall and the lower bottom(12). The water expansion index material(7,11) as rubber material has a regular elongation so that the waterproof is achieved by the weight of the upper slab(6) and the wall(9). Even though water flows because the water expansion index material(7,11) is not completely adhered closely to the upper and lower parts, the water expansion index material is expanded to be an index, thereby performing waterproof.
