PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing the dealing information using a short message are provided to offer the accurate and fast dealing information to the clients by sending the client information as the short message to a realty dealer having the realty information if the realty dealing is received from the client through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A user client(10) requests the realty dealing by using the dealing information providing site through the Internet and receives the information for the requesting realty from the realty dealer. The realty dealer(30) provides the realty information through a contract and cooperation with the dealing information providing site. The dealing information providing site(40) stores and manages the realty request information requested by the user client, transmits the client information as the short message to the cooperating realty dealer having the corresponding realty, and provides the realty and the dealing information provided by the realty dealer to the user. A communication business company(50) provides a short message service through a mobile communication terminal(51).
