PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of traditional liquor by using bamboo, therefore the manufactured liquor has peculiar aroma and flavor to medicinal herbs and bamboo, and contains their pharmaceutically active ingredient beneficial to a human body. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: infusing medicinal herbs such as Morus kagayamae Koidz, Aralia elata cortex, Plantago asiatica roots and the like; preparing koji by using hard-boiled rice and spawn; fermenting the koji with the infusion to manufacture crude liquor; mixing the infusion with hard-boiled rice and fermenting the mixture; mixing the crude liquor and the fermented mixture to manufacture mash; distilling the mash to manufacture spirit; maturing bamboo and its sap in a container for 3-4 days; adding the spirit to the container to infuse the bamboo and its sap into the spirit; putting the spirit into a bamboo container then sealing it; placing the bamboo container into a container and filling it with spirit; and storing it for 3-6 months.
