PURPOSE: A multi-purpose inter-dental toothbrush is provided to allow a user to utilize a dental floss and the inter-dental toothbrush at the same time, thus improving the convenience of use and carrying. CONSTITUTION: The multi-purpose inter-dental toothbrush comprises a receiving case(1) formed with a receiving recess(11) to allow an inter-dental toothbrush bar(3) to be foldably connected thereto with a hinge; a dental floss receiving chamber integrally formed to the one side of the receiving case for receiving a dental floss(5) wound around a bobbin; and a cap(6) for opening and closing the dental floss receiving chamber, the cap being formed with a dental floss discharge hole(61) and a dental floss cutting blade(62).
