PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of honey syrup from which toxicity is removed, by feeding honey bees with a mixture of lacquer infusion and honey syrup. CONSTITUTION: The production method of honey is characterized by comprising the steps of: boiling a mixture of lacquer and water in a mixing ratio of 1:10, at 100 deg.C for 5-6 hours; mixing 1 L of the lacquer infusion and 1 L of honey syrup; injecting 50cc of the mixture into a wooden beehive every single day; and manufacturing honey syrup with pharmaceutical efficacy of lacquer.
