PURPOSE: A method for preventing vibration and noise is provided to generate large amount of electrical energy from a small external power source, while preventing environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A core(4) is arranged in such a manner that induction electricity is generated at the induction coil by generating an electromotive force to the core wound with a coil. The core surface-contacts a permanent magnet(8), and the attraction force applied to the core when the induction electromotive force is generated is balanced for the subsequent core. The core is stacked into multiple stages by dividing the space between cores. When the permanent magnet formed of a single body and multiple or single electrode, from the first layer to the last layer, rotates, attraction forces are applied equally to both sides of the permanent magnet, to thereby protect a generator from a driving load.
