PURPOSE: An air cleaning system for ventilation and air conditioner with the same are provided to remove pollutant in air introduced from the outdoors into a room during ventilation. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaning system(500) includes a ground electrode(520) having a heating element(522) wound around an outer surface thereof and active carbon(521) coated on an inner surface thereof; a discharge electrode(510) which is a line electrode inserted to longitudinally penetrate the ground electrode; and a power supply device(600) turning on/off the heating element and impressing high-voltage to the discharge electrode and the ground electrode.
