PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an out sole/heel material of shoes and the structure of the material are provided to improve an appearance of the out sole/heel of the shoes and a cushion property of them. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of an out sole/heel material of shoes comprises the steps of; mixing ethylene vinyl acetate, low density polyethylene, calcium carbonate, carbon black and stearic acid with a mixture of 50-120deg.C at a pressure of 4-6kgf/cm¬2 for about five minutes, and then successively mixing azodicarbonate and decumil peroxide; mixing the mixture with a roll at a temperature of 80-100deg,C for ten minutes; sheeting the roll mixed mixture to have a thickness of 0.2-2.0mm for a low expanded layer and a thickness of 0.1-2.0mm for a high expanded layer; heating and laminating a certain amount of the sheets at a hydraulic pressure of 50-250kgf/cm¬2 and a temperature of 130-180deg.C for 10-15 minutes; and cooling the expanded and laminated sheets under 15deg.C for 10-60minutes.
