PURPOSE: A band joint is provided to prevent water from being leaked when fastening a band and to prevent the band joint from being eroded or oxidized caused by dirty water by fabricating the band joint using plastic or rubber. CONSTITUTION: A band joint(5) includes a stainless steel band(4). The band joint(5) is fabricated by integrally forming a fitting member with a coupling member. The band joint is used for varying a direction of a pipe or for installing pipes in various directions. A pipe is inserted into the band joint(5). In this state, the stainless steel band(4) is fastened so that the pipe is closely adjacent to the band joint(5). Accordingly, water is prevented from being leaked from the band joint(5). The fitting member is made of plastic or rubber, instead of iron cast. The band joint(5) absorbs vibration or noise so that vibration or noise is not transferred to other pipe.
