PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing cleanliness rice containing hot spring water by using a wet type of polishing machine while polishing rice, thereby coating rice with beneficial components to a human body. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing cleanliness rice containing hot spring water comprises the steps of: preparing 36 L of hot spring water referred to 8000kg of rice; storing unpolished rice having water content of 14% or less in a tank; sprinkling hot spring water to the unpolished rice to its water content being 16-17%; spraying hot spring water to the rice again using a wet type of polishing machine; and drying the rice. |
