PURPOSE: A powdered red pepper mixer is provided to rapidly and easily mix great amount of powdered red pepper in a short time period and to finely pulverize powdered red pepper by using a plurality of stirring blades. CONSTITUTION: A powdered red pepper mixer includes a container(10) fixed to one end of a base for receiving and discharging powdered red pepper. A motor is installed at the other end of the base in order to drive a driving shaft(20), which is vertically installed at a center of the container(10). A driven shaft(30) is installed at a lower portion of the container(10). A pressing roller(40) is rotatably coupled to both ends of the driven shaft(30). An adjusting nut(50) is provided to adjust a gap formed between a bottom of the container(10) and the pressing roller(40). The first stirring blade(61) is formed at one side of the driven shaft(30). The second stirring blade(62) is installed in the first stirring blade(61). The third stirring blade(63) is installed at the other side of the driven shaft(30).
