PURPOSE: A total system for installing and operating a time difference monetary value creating engine is provided to recreate a created time difference monetary value as a repayment value, a participation value, an accumulation value, a combination cooperation credit value, and an application value by mounting and driving a TME(Time-difference-monetary-value-creation, Engine) based on a comprehensive agreement between a participation member and a participation financial institution by on/off line. CONSTITUTION: A TME is mounted based on a comprehensive agreement achieved among a supervision juridical person(U), a participation member(A), and a financial institution(F) on an on/off line(S50). A predetermined expiration time-difference, a participation membership fee two times result achievement, and a setting condition achievement is checked(S60). At this time, a created time difference money value(V) is recreated as a repayment value(V1), a repayment value(V2), a participation value(V3), a participation value(V4), an accumulation value(V5), and a combination cooperation credit value(V6), and distributed and waited(S70). The V1 and V3 are paid, the V5 is accumulated for applying to an extensive field, and V6 is accumulated and disjointed in accordance with an old and new TME replacement(S80). |
