This invention refers to an integral exerciser device, that permits to exercise in the house, office, hospitals, without reducing the existing areas, for it is detachable, easy to use and practical for working out and strengthening all the muscles of the body. Regardless of age, or sex, it helps greatly people suffering diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and cardiac disorders; it further allows exercising in a seating, standing or lying position. The object of this invention is to provide an integral exerciser device that makes possible working out all the muscles, and to be used by all the family members, at a low price, being of great help to sedentary people who lack time and space to train in a gym or who cannot afford to have an expensive apparatus themselves. The present promotes the culture of exercise in the family bosom. The invention also presents an effective new way of exercising, working out more than six hundred individual muscles of the human body. This exerciser is simple and cheap; and contributes to health in disabled people, people in wheelchairs, people requiring physical-muscular rehabilitation; moreover it can be combined with any type of sport or discipline.
