PURPOSE: Provided are a separator for fuel battery which is excellent in gas-impermeability, electricity-impermeability, mechanical strength, acid resistance, and so on, and can form a valley having high precision(gas channel), and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The separator comprises graphite particle/non-carbonaceous resin with a ratio of 90/10-75/25. The average particle size of the graphite particle is 55-65 micrometer. The graphite is a mixture of graphite particle having size of 55-65 micrometer and fine graphite particle having size of less than 55 micrometer. The ratio of the graphite particle having size of 55-65 micrometer and fine graphite particle having size of less than 55 micrometer is 100/0-50/50(typically, 100/0-50/50). The separator comprises, in addition to the graphite particle and fine graphite particle, conductive fine particulate. |
