PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent the deformation of a ground clip which grounds a printed circuit board by electrically conducting the printed circuit board with a top chassis, thereby preventing the electric short of a liquid crystal display from the ground clip. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes a display unit(270) for displaying images, a mold frame(231) for receiving the display unit, a printed circuit board(275) mounted to a rear surface of the mold frame for controlling the driving of the display unit, a top chassis(240) coupled with the display unit, facing the mold frame, for guiding the position of the display unit, and a conducting element coupled with an end of the mold frame for electrically conducting the printed circuit board with the top chassis, wherein the end part of the mold frame coupled with the conducting element is formed with a protrusion on a top surface for preventing the electric short between the display unit and the conducting element.
