PURPOSE: A noiseproof wall is provided to reduce a construction cost by utilizing waste materials and simplify a construction method thereof while improving a noiseproof effect. CONSTITUTION: The noiseproof wall consists of a noiseproof plate, coupling frames being formed along the whole four edges of the plate to make a plurality of noiseproof plates being laminated in all directions, and a hollow sound absorption portion(20) being formed at the center thereof; and a pipe member inserted into the coupling frame for coupling the noiseproof plates. The hollow sound absorption portion comprises a cylindrical drum(21) integrally formed to the noiseproof plate, a transparent decorative vessel(22) inserted in the drum, and a transparent cover(23) disposed on the open end of the transparent decorative vessel.
