PURPOSE: A reinforcement structure of a frit glass coating funnel for cathode ray tube is provided to prevent generation of a crack or remove a fine crack by reinforcing a funnel to satisfy vacuum-resistant intensity and a load condition of an explosion-proof test. CONSTITUTION: A deflection coil is installed on a yoke portion(4). A body portion(3) is extended to an opening portion for sealing a panel(1). A frit glass coating layer(15) is formed on an inner face or an outer face of the body portion(3). The frit glass coating layer(15) is coated by a frit glass. The frit glass coating layer(15) is coated on the frit glass before a high thermal process for a funnel is performed. The frit glass is applied on each surface of the yoke portion(4) and the body portion(3) of the funnel of a bulb by using a spray gun(30). The frit glass coating layer(15) is formed on the surface of the yoke portion(4) and the body portion(3) by performing a sealing process.
