PURPOSE: An integrated billing system is provided to enable a payer to process a billing business and other banking businesses in an Internet banking system of a main transaction bank through connecting the Internet to an Internet banking system of a financial institution. CONSTITUTION: An input and output managing system uses a certification system of an electronic signature official recognition authentication institution jointly, converts contents of a charge payment written notice into standard contents, notifies the contents to a corresponding payer, and converts public imposts usage details information contents into standard contents in a database of an accounting institution when a charge is paid for a payer's convenience. When the corresponding payer receives a written notice through an Internet banking service, a billing screen managing system displays the related contents on a computer terminal screen. An encryption system prevents an invasion of an external hacker and an illegal user and secures a charge payment. A trouble managing system senses an operation state of a processor, transmits a message between processors, and recovers a trouble, and creates a standardization of a transaction message to an external-computing network.
