PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing a static electricity of a dust collecting barrel is provided to enhance a removing efficiency of a static electricity of the dust collecting barrel while having an advantage of a transparency and a low cost feature of the dust collecting barrel by providing an antistatic property at a cyclone body. CONSTITUTION: A static electricity removing apparatus comprises a cyclone body(100), an intake passage for guiding a waste and air into the cyclone body, a discharging passage for guiding the waste and a centrifugally separated air from the cyclone body into an exterior, and a partitioning plate(70) for separating the dust collecting chamber, a rotating member, and a fan/motor assembly for generating a rotating force. The cyclone body is provided with an air intake hole and an air discharging hole, and has an electrical conductivity and a transparency. The intake passage is communicated with the air intake hole of the cyclone body, and the discharging passage is communicated with the air discharging hole. The rotating member is installed rotatably at the partitioning plate and generates an electrical discharge between one end of a rotor and the cyclone body inside.
