<p>Transistors Qi (i=1-n) connected to multistaged differential amplifiers (1, 2, 3)and a constant current source (4) with a current mirror are arranged collectively on the input side with the constant current source (4), so that the wiring length between the constant current source (4) and each transistor Qi is shortened as much as possible to improve circuit stability and to suppress the unfavorableness that a noise superposes on the wiring. The respective transistors Qi are grounded to the same place via different ground lines (6, 7, 8), so that no voltage drop due to the distributed resistance on the ground line occurs. Thus, a current is distributed uniformly from the constant current source (4) to all the transistors Qi by keeping the balance of the current mirror.</p> |
