The method and the equipment are used in medicine, the food industry, agriculture and residentially. By them, all types of waters for medical therapeutic purposes, sports rehabilitation, residential, land improvement and other aims can be treated. The equipment includes, connected in series, magnetic module (1), ionizing module (2), treating-activation module (3) and biologically activation module (4). The magnetic module (1) includes a magnetic system comprising sign-changing magnetic sections with zigzagging grooves for passing the water. The ionizing module (2) has two pairs of copper (6) and silver (7) electrodes, supplied by sign changing direct current which are connected to an electronic microprocessor control and monitoring module (5). The treating activation module (3) consists of two layers: a layer of chemically activated zeolite (9) and a layer of silicate minerals (10). The biologically activation module (4) is in the form of a cell of a corrosion-proof net in which a layer of mountain crystals (13) are fitted. 6 claims, 3 figures
