PURPOSE: A device for accessing an Internet site at a high speed in a portable mobile terminal is provided to register an icon for a demanded Internet site, and to immediately access the Internet site corresponding to the icon when the icon is selected on an initial screen, thereby reducing other key operation. CONSTITUTION: A key input unit(5) inputs an icon registration signal. An icon memory(26) stores various icon information. When the icon registration signal for a demanded Internet site is inputted after wirelessly accessing the Internet offline, a controller(28) outputs the icon information of an icon memory on a screen, and generates a selected icon of many icons on the screen. The controller(28) stores access information necessary for accessing the demanded Internet site. When a selection signal for the icon offline is inputted, the controller(28) automatically enters the Internet site based on the stored access information for the icon.
