The invention relates to a method for producing magnetic resonance images of a body to be imaged which is part of the human body, comprising the following steps: at least one body to be imaged is placed in a stationary magnetic field; a blood tracer containing at least one hyperpolarized rare gas is injected into the blood system of the body to be imaged; radiofrequency pulses and magnetic field gradients are applied to the body to be imaged in order to excite nuclear magnetization of the hyperpolarized rare gas; nuclear magnetic resonance signals in the form of N acquisitions each of which pass by the center of space k are acquired in said space k; images are reconstructed from the nuclear magnetic resonance signals by replacing at least one acquisition of space k for each nuclear magnetic resonance signal with an acquisition of the following space k.
