The conveyor which uses water (3) for the conveying of the fresh food products (1) comprises a sealed tank (2) in which the products are poured. A hydraulic pump (4) sucks the loaded water products into transfer pipes (51,52) to an upper distribution tank (6). A series of guide chutes (7) recover the water and prevent the progression of non-aligned products and a motorized brush (12) slows down and corrects the outlet speed of the products. A return tank (8) recovers the water and recycles any products which have fallen through the chutes.
