PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a rotating table used in an outdoor monitoring camera system, where a cable connecting a driving unit with a control substrate is flexed by the rotation of the driving unit, so that it is necessary to make clearance corresponding to the flexing in a cabinet, with the overall size of the cabinet being increased. SOLUTION: The connection cable 17, connecting the driving part with a part to be driven, is wound into a spiral spring type around a rotary shaft of a horizontal direction driving unit 32, and fixed by using cable fixing metal fittings 31. Thereby the flexing of the cable 17 caused by the rotation of the driving unit 32 is generated, only in the inside of the driving unit 32. An exposed part preceding from the metal fittings 31 is not flexed, when the driving unit 32 rotates, so that it is no longer necessary to provide plays in the cabinet, and the overall cabinet size can be reduced.
