PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concrete panels having a considerable strength and capable of co-existing with a natural environment. SOLUTION: These concrete panels 1 and 20 formed longer in lateral direction are used for a concrete panel structural body 10 as a water-conveyance structure, for example, for forming a water channel, and vertically installed between columns 2 and 2 positioned at specified intervals. The concrete panels 1 and 20 comprise prestressed concrete parts 3 and 21 having a prestress led therein by tendons 6 and 6 disposed inside thereof and porous concrete parts 4 and 22 mixed with zeolite disposed on the front sides of the prestressed concrete parts 3 and 21.
