摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the responsibility of an electromagnetic driving device for picking control. SOLUTION: A cylindrical case 31 for receiving a coil 30 comprises a cylindrical portion 32 for surrounding the coil 30, an end plate portion 33 integrally formed in a state connected to the upper end of the cylindrical portion 32, and a circular plate 34 bound and fixed to the lower end of the cylindrical portion 32. A cylindriacal stator 35 is bound and fixed to the inner side of the end plate portion 33. The cross section of the stator 35 on a plane F orthogonal to the central axial line 351 of the stator 35 is circular, and the cross section of the cylindrical portion 32 is a circular ring. The ratio S1/So of the area S1 of a ring cross section R of the cylindrical portion 32 to the area of a cylindrical cross section C of the stator 35 is >=1.8.
