PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a halogen-free soft resin composition having molding processability capable of obtaining excellent appearance of a molded product, having practically required levels of hardness, tensile strength and elongation at breakage, and excellent in heat fusion to an ABS resin or an AS resin, and to provide a molded product of the composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by compounding a specific ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (A), a specific acrylonitrile-styrene-rubber resin (B) and a styrene thermoplastic elastomer resin (C).
