PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion-type composition for external application to be mixed before using, having excellent stability with time, although its emulsion system is simply destroyed when used. SOLUTION: This composition for external application to be mixed before using contains a first composition consisting of an oil-in-water type emulsion and a second composition consisting of a water-in-oil type emulsion. The composition thus produced can stably provide the skin with 'such a feeling as the composition penetrates through the skin' with which conventional emulsion-type compositions are difficult to stably provide.
