PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forklift truck capable of preventing loads thereon from being collapsed when passing through a step. SOLUTION: A lift bracket 4 for supporting a fork 3 is liftably supported on a mast 2 supported on a body 1, lifted by a liftingly driving means 5, and the bound of the fork 3 is restrained by a bound restraining means 10. The liftingly driving means 5 comprises a guide 7 allowing a lift cylinder 6 to liftably support on the mast 2 and a cable body 8 wound on the guide 7 from an upper side and having both ends connected to the mast 2 and the lift bracket 4. The bound restraining means 10 comprises another guide 11 lifting downward at a specified interval from the guide 7 and another cable body 12 wound on the guide 11 from a lower side and having both ends connected to the mast 2 and the lift bracket 4.
