<p>The circuit breaker is used in the automation engineering as a delaying device, where the load is switched off after some specified time. It contains a single-cycle timer, two bipolar transistor switches of which the first is NPN transistor, and the second is PNP transistor, time-setting capacitor, two time-setting resistors, load and two supply sources (E1 and E2). The time-setting capacitor is connected, by one of its outputs, to the short-circuited outputs (2, 6 and 7) of the timer and the first time-setting resistor. Its other output is coupled to the second time-setting resistor and the base of the first transistor, the collector of which is connected to the load, and its emitter - to frame. The other end of the load is coupled to the second supply source (E2).
