The invention relates to an interior fitting device for a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, which may be arranged in the interior of the vehicle, comprising a liner piece which may be fitted to a vehicle wall, a fixing piece for the liner piece, a hanger, extending into the interior of the vehicle, in particular a clothes hook, whereby the fixing piece and the hanger piece are connected to each other by means of a flange, the fixing piece may be fixed to the vehicle wall and the hanger piece is on an inner surface of the liner piece facing the interior. According to the invention, the liner piece of the interior fitting device (7) may be simply fixed, whereby the fixing piece (9) may be arranged between the liner piece (8) and the vehicle wall (4), the flange (13) engages with a boundary edge (16) of the liner piece (8) and the fixing piece (9) and the hanger piece (10) are attached to the boundary edge (16).
