PURPOSE: A method of fabricating cellular phone components having a floodlight marking function is provided to use milky translucent materials as a body, minimizing a marking base, and to use a depositing method, thereby simplifying fabricating processes and minimizing an influence caused by process atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: An operator prepares materials of a key body(S100). The operator molds the body corresponding to a key shape(S102). The operator prints a marking base corresponding to an externally-exposed mark on an upper surface externally exposed from the body(S104). The operator deposits depositing materials on entire surface of the body(S106). The operator removes portions of the depositing materials deposited on an upper surface of the marking base, to expose a mark of the key body(S108). The operator forms a coating layer on an entire external surface(S110).
