<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-quality environmental atmospheric air pollution information service by constructing a special system for monitoring environmental atmospheric air pollution. SOLUTION: When the connection to environmental information is requested from a customer terminal, an environmental information center requests for customer identification information to the customer terminal. when the customer identification information is received, if it is from a regular customer or not is judged, and for the regular customer, a line is connected, while connection is rejected for an illegal third party. When the customer terminal becomes connectable, menu information for environmental information is sent to the customer terminal to be displayed. When reference for the environmental information from the customer is ended, utilization history for the customer is recorded. Based on the utilization history of the customer, a settlement executing means calculates a charge for settlement.</p> |
