PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the resetting work of set value data related with a sensor such as a potentiometer in an EEPROM built in a controller unit when the controller unit breaks down. SOLUTION: A plurality of controller units C1-C4 to which input system external equipment 75 and output system external equipment 76 are respectively connected are connected through a communication wiring code 70. Set value data related with a prescribed elevating position sensor 71 and an inclination sensor 74 or the like are stored in EEPROM 161-164 built in all the controller units C1-C4. When the controller unit C breaks down, a new controller unit C1 is connected, and the set value data are transmitted and stored (copied) from the other EEPROM 162-164 to the EEPROM 161.
