PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program execution history analyzing method, with which efficiency in program development can be improved by acquiring, writing effective history data on a data storage region during program execution, reading and suitably analyzing the history data out of the data storage region after the end of program execution. SOLUTION: In write processing, the history data of program execution are successively written forward from the final address of the data storage region and when there is no empty data storage region, data are overwritten on former history data back to the final address of the data storage region. In read processing, the history data are successively read inversely to the order of write from data finally written on the data storage region to the back address area.
