PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity storage rack for an automatic vending machine capable of stabilizing a commodity posture control function with a simple structure and thereby preventing vending troubles such as commodity standing, commodity jam or commodity remaining. SOLUTION: This commodity storage rack for the automatic vending machine is provided with a pair of rack side plates at right and left, and a plurality of segments 3 formed between the rack side plates to face each other so as to form a commodity passage 2 meandering along a vertical direction, wherein an upper end is rotatably supported between the rack side plates and a lower end is swingably formed along the front and back direction. A segment energizing means is provided near the lower end of the segment 3 in order to energize the segment 3 to the commodity passage 2 side. The segment energizing means is constituted by a beam member 4 provided between the rack side plates so as to be positioned on a back of the segment 3, and a plate spring 5 clamped and fixed on the beam member 4 for energizing the lower end of the segment 3 to the commodity passage 2 side.
